What are the three levels of Test Purchaser competencies (A,B,C) and what types of tests and training that are associated with each? 5. What are construct, convergent and concurrent validity? 6. What are criterion, discriminant and face validity? 7. What are some of the sources of measurement error? 8. What are Kuder-Richardson-20 and the Spearman Brown formula? What are they used for? 9.
