Examoles of stress hormones are corticosteroids, adrenalin,catecholamine,dopamine, serotonine A stressor can be seen as a threat or challenge RISK FACTORS AND CAUSES OF THEY ARE CALLED STRESSORS Stressors can come from the mind, people , body and work TOP TEN STRESSORS Spouse's death Divorce Marriage Jail term Death of a close relative Injuries /illnesses Marriage separation Poverty Retirement Others Having poor relationships with people around you WORRYING ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE WILL THINK AND SAY Insufficient sleep Poor nutrition(inadequate meal, missed meals, junk food) Aversive enviroment Tensed Nation WORK SPECIFIC STRESSORS Having too much work to attend to within a very short time When one's work is not appreciated Not observing break during work hour Rushing to work Mismanagement of social life(weekend stuffs) Being stranded in traffic Oppresion from boss SIGNS AND SYMTOMS OF STRESS 4As OF STRESS MANAGEMENT ORGANISATIONAL STRATEGY Ensure breaks in between works Ensure annual work leave Ensure very comfortable loan allowance for employees Reward hardworking emoloyees Ensure periodic medical check up Employers and employees need to learn good communication skills Periodic seminar on mental /health generally ORGANISATIONAL STRATEGY Remote job should be embraced where necessary.
