It involves activities that are necessary to create or carry on a business (Frank & Enoidem, 2023) Entrepreneurship is a dynamic process of vision, change, and creation. It requires an application of energy and passion towards the creation and implementation of new ideas and creative solutions (Padilla-Meléndez et al., 2022). Essential ingredients include the willingness to take calculated risks in terms of time, equity, or career; the ability to formulate an effective venture team; the creative skill to marshal needed resources; and fundamental skill of building solid business plan; and finally, the vision to recognize opportunity where other see chaos, contradiction, and confusion (Tidd & Bessant, 2020). According to Ahmed and Mondal (2022), Entrepreneurship is the identification of opportunities, allocation of resources for the creation of value and this is done through the identification of needs or opportunities that are unmet; this serves as an avenue for change. Entrepreneurship is more than the mere creation of business, although that is certainly as important fact. ADAPTI NILE UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA
