## Science Revision **Niche** - The role that each organism has in the ecosystem - Each organism can play more than one role. **Consumers** - Eat producers **Herbivores** - Eat only producers **Carnivores** - Eat only herbivores **Omnivores** - Eat both **Predators** - Must look for food **Prey** - Is hunted and eaten by predators **Food Chain** - A representation of the flow of energy from one organism to another. For example: sun -> grass -> rabbit -> fox **Food Web** - A network that shows all the possible ways organisms can eat each other.
