Del 31 de Enero del 2025 se da inicio con la cuarta sesión de consejo técnico escolar en la telesecundaria No. 74 en la colonia la virgen, municipio de Cuencamé, Dgo., contando con el 100% de asistencia. ## Relatoría del consejo técnico escolar 31 de enero del 2025 Siendo las 8:00 hrs. Del 31 de Enero del 2025 se da inicio con la cuarta sesión de consejo técnico escolar en la telesecundaria No. 74 en la colonia la virgen, municipio de Cuencamé, Dgo., contando con el 100% de asistencia. Se da la bienvenida por parte del supervisor de la zona escolar No. 22 Prof. Gerardo Fidel Hernández Villa y da apertura para iniciar la sesión dando las especificaciones y la manera en la que se va a abordar la sesión, en la cual se abordara el tema de "La NEM y el cambio de paradigma". ### Topics discussed: 1. **Reconocimiento del derecho humano a la educación** * The maestra Gabriela mentioned 7 criteria that cover this topic: education of quality, equality and equity, management of opportunities, inclusion and diversity, integral well-being, life free from violence, and recognizing emotions. 2. **La comunidad como núcleo integrador** * The Prof. Sinue mentioned that the community is the heart of the NEM and that understanding the community as part of the comprehensive community involves building and resigning knowledge and know-how, values, norms, and practices. * It was also mentioned that the school should not only be left in the hands of school agents but that the community should have an active participation in each of the school tasks 3. **Autonomía profesional del magisterio** * The Prof. Adrián commented that the teacher has professional autonomy, and in this, there are standardized guidelines that are present in the NEM, but we can all make decisions that are not marked in these guidelines, this can be done by incorporating content from the same context. * The teacher has professional autonomy. 4. **Formación integral de los estudiantes** * The Prof. Alberto commented that they should put into practice the development of competencies, and that education should be inclusive and equitable, as well as the promotion of universal values. * The learning process should be meaningful and contextualized. * The emphasis on socioemotional education for the management of emotions and attitudes was also discussed.
