Quality accreditation standards 2 What are accreditation standards? Each standard has several indicators 1st standard Strategic Planning What are the strategic Goals and Objectives? Strategic Goals and Objectives Maximize institutional capacity and enhance the competitive role of the college. Management and Scientific leadership activity capabilities Participation Personality in community and and student relationships activities 3rd standards Quality Management and Development The organization has a quality assurance unit with qualified personnel and appropriate equipment, and representatives from different groups in the organization. The Quality Assurance Unit has plans, annual reports on its activities, and databases of its activities. 4th standard Faculty and staff members The ratio of faculty and support staff to students at the level of the institution and scientific departments is consistent with the reference rates for the type and nature of the educational programs offered at the institution. The scientific specialization of faculty members is appropriate for the courses they are involved in teaching. 5th criterion Administrative Apparatus The administrative apparatus is appropriate to the size and nature of the organization's activities, and workers are distributed according to their qualifications and abilities to different jobs in accordance with the job tasks, and there are mechanisms to deal with shortages and increases in its members. The training needs of employees are identified periodically, and appropriate measures are taken to implement programs that meet the training needs of each category. 6th criterion Financial and material resources The institution's financial resources are sufficient for the nature of its activity and the number of 1st students, and are distributed according to actual needs to enable the institution to achieve its indicator mission and goals. 2nd Sources of funding are diversified with evidence of an increased rate of development of the indicator organization’s own resources. The organization has various activities geared towards developing the surrounding environment and serving the community to meet its needs and priorities.
