Proof that we required: Ask the customer if they can take a picture of the boiler and any pipes that they can see under the boiler. Ask the customer to take a picture of the Flue from outside of the wall that comes out of the boiler. If they can't send a picture of the boiler or flue, ask them if they can see the make and model number of the boiler which is on the boiler. This can also be found in the manual. When you get the boiler make and model number you can check on this link to see if it qualifies.
