The roadmap has two distinct phases. **Phase -- I: Areas of consultation with Wentworth** Following are the areas of consultation for NICMAR Architecture to set the high standards for educational experience. 1. **Teaching and Learning Infrastructure** The availability of state-of-the-art facilities and resources, like studios, fabrication labs, and equipment specification requires global benchmarking. Ensuring that a school offers these facilities can significantly enhance the learning experience. ***The assignment in configuration, specification, sourcing, procurements, and initial training are the scope items under this head***. **2. Academic curriculum design, global accreditation and periodic review** Well-designed curriculum and pedagogy ensure that the institution meets or exceeds minimum standards of quality.
