What is an OJTP? A practical approach given to all PGC newly hired associates for a period of 12 days. On-the-Job- Training Program will help and guide them acquire new competencies and skills needed as Branch Assistants. BACKGROUND  On-the-Job Training Program (OJTP) is given to all newly hired associates with probationary status to help them do their tasks effectively.  The OJTP will run 12 days.  All newly hired PPS PEP associates will be evaluated on their 3rd and 5th month. TRAINING PATH NBAT OJTP NHO 1mo. to 1 ½ mos. 12 days Day 0 OBJECTIVES  Explain the basic roles of Branch Assistant such as cashiering, bookkeeping, and program operations  Accept and disburse money properly from/to the customers  Record and tally daily branch transactions in BIR books of account and cash count notebook  Identify different IDs accepted in PPS PEPP including the Philippine National ID  Offer and explain the basic description of each product and services of PPS PEPP  Market products and services and can assist customer inquiries using SENTS process  Show proper grooming with accordance to GM No. 99 S2019. WEEKLY TASKS WEEK 1 WEEK 2 1. Job Description and Key 1. SENTS, Associates’ Grooming Responsibilities and Dress Code Policy 2. Introduction to Programs and 2. Auxiliary Products and Services Bookkeeping 3. Protektodo and PalawanPay 3. Proper Cash Count and how to (Intro) avoid cash discrepancies 4. Marketing 4. GM No. 117 S2022 Annex 3 ID Requirements with Phil ID 5. Actual Cashiering 5. Safety Procedures 6. Final assessment PROGRAM FLOW  On-The-Job Training Program e-book will be given during the new employee orientation and will be safely kept in branch.  Tasks assigned to trainees will start in day 1 in branch.  Trainees will need to submit an update through the following schedules and links: 1st day of duty = https://forms.office.com/r/vbhXtfLhSc 6th day of duty = https://forms.office.com/r/nnHnGXgmZj Branch Heads’ Remarks = https://forms.office.com/r/PuvsB7MqTq Final Assessment with Feedback = https://forms.office.com/r/V8ZZqdGa9w PROGRAM FLOW  Branch heads will be the one to guide, teach and mentor all trainees using the OJTP checklist or syllabus to be given by the AHRCs. The branch operation supervisor will set a schedule for the trainees to observe and act as marketing team member for 1 day on the 9th day of the program. (Targets for 1 day will be: sukicard=2pcs, protektodo=2pcs for any policy and palawanpay=2)  All trainees will be given an assessment with feedback on the 13th day of the program.  On-The-Job Training Program assessment score will be recorded in the Branch Assistant Training.  On-The-Job Training Program stub will be given to the trainees and will be submitted to respective PPS Academy trainers in the Branch Assistant Training. PROGRAM FLOW  Branch head and branch operation supervisor must input their remarks on the OJTP stub as to the trainee’s performance for 12 days.  Branches will be given soft copy of the stub to reprint whenever needed.  PPS Academy will collect the stub as a proof of OJTP completion and will attach in the tabulation and feedback hardcopy for documentation.  For any clarifications, please contact any HR - PGC Academy trainer. OJTP STUB REMINDERS o Each branch will have a copy of the On-the-Job Training Program checklist for branch heads and e-book for trainees. o On-the-Job Training Program trainees will be given hard copy of the e-book as their reading materials. o On their 1st and 6th duty, they need to fill out the links provided to them for the monitoring and at the end of the On-the-Job Training Program, trainees will have an assessment through link. After answering the assessment, your branch head will give you a stub with remarks as a proof that you have successfully completed the On-the-Job Training Program. o AHRCs can send all the links through group chats, secure timeline for submitting update of the trainees. o Trainees will bring the stub in the Branch Assistant Training and submit it to the trainer for documentation.
