Republic 9275: March 22, 2004 An act providing for comprehensive water quality management and for other purposes. Republic 8749 Known as the Philippine Clean Air Act, is a comprehensive air quality management policy and program which aims to achieve and maintain healthy air for all. Republic 9147 Known as the Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act is an act providing for the conservation and protection of wildlife resources and their habitats, appropriating funds therefor and for other purposes. Republic 9175 An act regulating the ownership, possession, sale, importation and the use of chain saw, penalizing violation thereof and for other purposes.
