NNPC Limited Code of Conduct 14 Responsibility for the Code of Conduct GRC has primary responsibility for reviewing this Code and updating it to reflect leading practices and relevant regulations. Any established violations of the Code of Conduct will be forwarded to the Disciplinary Committee and other relevant parties who will address such violations in line with the provisions of the Consequence Management policy. Further clarifications on the provisions of this Code can be obtained from GRC or Human Resources Department. GRC is also responsible for reporting and providing advice to the Board and Executive management on the level of compliance with the Code of Conduct. GRC in collaboration with the Human Resources Department is responsible for communicating this Code to all employees and stakeholders. This can be achieved through training sessions, periodic assessments, posters, meetings, staff induction, vendor briefings, electronic media such as screen savers, etc. Communication of this should be done regularly and timely. 50
