This can benefit teamwork, reducing misunderstandings and creating a more harmonious working environment.Cultural diversity in the workplace means a business hires diverse personnel with different characteristics. It results from workers' traditions, values, practices, or beliefs grounded on race, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender. Another name for cultural diversity is multiculturalism.
