Analyzed qualitative data from transcribed interviews. Summarized participants' main ideas, classified themes from the interviews, & categorized themes for a better understanding of the data collected. This study explored experiences of minoritized trainees in the field of neuropsychology which included support systems utilized by them, challenges they face during their training, as well as institutional changes they wish to see in order to have a more positive and supported training experience in neuropsychology. The study also explored their inspiration and motivation for pursuing neuropsychology.
