Football is like training to go to war but it won\'t kill you physically. It pushes you to the limit and is not fun, but it will help you with mental strength and your social reflexes to make you a sigma. Football will change your personal life and your time on the field. Football is a very physical sport that pushes you to your limit. 25% of time spent walking, 37% of time is spent jogging, 20% of time is spent performing high intensity running, 11% of time is spent sprinting, 7% of time is spent running backwards. Football trains your body to make you stronger. Upper body - From throw-ins to running and jumping, strong upper body muscles and joints will give you a competitive edge ,Core stability - Your core stability is needed to maintain good postures when performing movements like making quick turns and protecting the ball by holding your opponent off ,Lower body - An obvious one, but footballers build up strength throughout different muscles in the lower body - from the ankle to the glutes - allowing them to kick, sprint, and balance. Being able to use mental strength on the field can help catch signs that tell you what is gonna happen. Football requires concentration on the present moment, which can help you focus on your goals and develop strategies.Playing football can help reduce stress hormones and increase mood-enhancing hormones. The adrenaline rush from playing can help you feel more calm and less prone to depression and aggressive behavior. Being able to become friends with your teammates helps benefit you off the field. Players can build lasting friendships with teammates through shared experiences, such as practice sessions, carpooling to games, and post-game meals.While playing football players learn to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally. There are many important things in football and there are many important things that can help you. Number 1, when you are trying to tackle someone, tackle them around their thighs and turn to bring them down, eyes on the thighs. Number 2, If you\'re on the line, act like they took something important for you and let your anger out. Number 3, As a quarterback always keep two people in mind to throw too because one of them would be open. All this stuff will help you improve your game play. Football is very important and helps with physical, mental, and social strength. It will help you on the field and off the field. You are able to improve these things and make you stronger, more social, and being able to observe things better.
