Job Description Usually includes: Job title Location Responsible to Any reportees Main purpose of the job Responsibilities Any other duties Person Specification Usually includes knowledge, experience and skills. Can include competencies if working within a competency framework Can also detail special demands or requirements of the role. CV v Application Form What are the differences between the two? What are the benefits of each? What types of organisations are more likely to require a CV? What types of organisations are more likely to require an application form?
