WHO CAN APPLY | CRITERIA | DESCRIPTION | | :-------------------------------------------------------------------------- | :-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **I** EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION | Engineering or Agri graduate/any post-graduate candidate, with a preference to candidates specialized in Rural Development/Rural Marketing/Sales & Marketing, with a mindset to serve rural population of India & willingness to work in the field. Candidates must ensure they have cleared all backlogs before joining. | | **II** AGE | Candidates shall not exceed 26 years of age and must be born on or after 01-06-1998 | | **III** NATIONALITY | Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply. | | **IV** NOTE | | **A.** Candidates passing out/passed out in the academic year 2024-2025 are eligible to participate in the recruitment process. **B.** Graduation candidates should be belonging to 10+2+4 years graduation from a recognized university. Diploma candidates should be belonging to 10+3+3/10+2+3+3 years graduation from a recognized university. **C.** The postgraduate course must be a minimum of two years in duration from a recognized university, following the completion of 10+2+3 years of undergraduate education. **D.** Candidates should ensure that all the information provided is correct and they are eligible to participate in the selection process as per the eligibility criteria stipulated by the bank. If at any stage, it is found to be incorrect or not eligible during the selection process the candidature is liable to be canceled. **E.** Candidates are required to produce the supporting documents/certificates in proof of their eligibility (Age, Educational qualification, ID proof, Work experience). Candidates failing to submit the documents within the timeline will be eliminated from the selection process without any notice and/or with compensation. **F.** Marksheet year-wise/semester wise, mark sheet for each year/semester of the qualifying examinations from concerned board/university/institution should be made available. **G.** Candidate should have completed the highest qualifying exam in the first attempt during the time of joining. The offer stands void if the candidate fails to clear the exams during the course completion time. **H.** Place of posting will be based on the bank's vacancy during the joining period. **I.** Bank reserves the right to raise/modify the minimum eligibility standard/other norms etc. to restrict the number of candidates to be included in the selection process. **J.** Decision of the bank in all matters regarding the eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced etc. and other matters relating to the selection process will be final and binding on the candidates. No further correspondence or personal inquiries will be entertained by the bank in this regard. ### 2. SCALE OF PAY Annual CTC: 4.25 lakhs + Incentives (Statutory deductions will be applicable) for PG candidates Annual CTC: 3.75 lakhs + Incentives (Statutory deductions will be applicable) for B.Tech, B.Sc. Agri candidates. ### 3. LOCATION Candidates recruited as Executive Trainees will be posted in any of the branches/offices of the bank across India depending upon the vacancies available within the bank. ### 4. JOB DESCRIPTION - The primary responsibility is to support the bank by customer acquisition, establishing relationships with customers and deepening the relationship to enhance the business of the branch - Capitalise the existing market opportunities to meet the needs of the bank and ensure portfolio quality - Enhancing sales by reaching out to existing customers and doing an upsell or a cross sell - Maintain regulatory compliance of the bank. - Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the set Standard Operating Procedure of the bank. - Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, integrity, and control in execution of daily operations. ### PRE-REQUISITES FOR SELECTION: - Willingness to work in field/rural areas - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Good analytical skills - Integrity - Good sales & business acumen - Service orientation - Target orientation ### 5. PERIOD OF TRAINING & PROBATION Candidates selected as Executive Trainees will be sent for shadow training for a week prior to joining. Those who successfully complete the shadow training period will be invited for the on-boarding process. The selected candidates will be under training up to a period of 1 year and based on successful completion of training will be placed under probation periods for 6 months. ### 6. SELECTION PROCESS 1. Applications will be filtered as per criteria and shortlisted 2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for online assessment test, group discussion, interview or any mode of selection decided by the bank 3. Every selection round will be an elimination stage 4. The bank reserves the right to shortlist only the requisite number of candidates in the selection round based on manpower requirement of the bank 5. Rating/marks obtained by the candidate during the selection process will be confidential and the same will not be disclosed at any point of time. 6. Hiring decisions of the bank with respect to the qualifying criteria in each selection round will be final and the same will not be disclosed. ### 7. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Level Agreement upon joining the bank, undertaking to serve the bank for a minimum period of 18 months or pay the bank a sum of Rs 50,000/- as cost of training, in case the candidate leaves the bank before completion of the stipulated minimum service period. (This is subject to bank's approval and norms followed) ### 8. HOW TO APPLY The eligible candidates are advised to share their required mandatory details asked to their respective TPOs between the period mentioned in the invite mail. - Registered candidates will be getting an invite mail to attend an online orientation session - The candidates who had cleared the Group Discussion and Online Assessment Test will be shared with a registration link - The candidates need to update the digital application form, upload photo, signature, copies of certificates upto the highest qualification ### GUIDELINE FOR UPLOADING THE DOCUMENTS 1. The photograph should be a recent passport size colour photograph. 2. The signature should be in blue ink and the scanned image should be in colour. 3. The resume uploaded should be in PDF format. ### ONLINE ASSESSMENT TEST SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - System with proper net connectivity - The assessment should be completed during the period allocated - The assessment will be web proctored, hence required web camera - Candidate should be attending the test in an isolated place ### 10. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - Request for change of date or time for any selection stage(s) shall not be entertained unless the reason if found important. - Candidates who fail to appear in any of the selection round or get disconnected during any of the online selection rounds owing to technical or other reasons whatsoever, will be permitted to revisit the same or can request for a rescheduled timing for that particular round or selection process on a conditional basis - For those selection stages which are conducted offline, candidates must bear the expenses to participate in the same at the stipulated date and time - The bank has right to reject any application/candidature at any stage without assigning any reason, and the decision of the bank shall be final. - Candidates applying for the selection process should not have any criminal record. - Candidates are advised to avoid last-minute rush and make use of the time span available for submitting the applications online. Candidates in their own interest are advised to submit online applications well before the last date. - Bank takes no responsibility for any delay in online registration or communication. - During the selection process, if a candidate is found guilty of any unfair means at any stage, he/she will be disqualified from the Online Aptitude Assessment/any other selection stage. - Shortlists and interview updates will be communicated with the TPOs/concerned persons after every level of recruitment. - Final selected candidates' selection detail will be shared to respected TPOs once the offer letter is issued. - Onboarding of the shortlisted candidates will be subject to his/her Credit History including CIBIL/ CFR, verification of certificates and completion of all other formalities to the complete satisfaction of the bank. - ESAF Small Finance Bank reserves the right to make any changes to the selection process at their discretion. - No vendor, agency or individual has been authorised to charge any fee for the selection process. - Recording or sharing the content/details of any selection rounds of the recruitment process privately or on social media handles is strictly prohibited. Any candidate engaged in such activities will be disqualified and debarred from participating in future recruitment processes of the bank.
