It requires you to collect data, meaning facts, and information about the object of your inquiry and examine such data carefully. Hence, inquiry , as a problem-solving technique , includes cooperative learning because any knowledge from the member of the society can help make the solution.  Governing Principles or Foundation of Inquiry Three Educational Theories 1.
