Povartis filed a case against Matco Pharma seeking a permanent injunction, and 8 damages, in respect of its granted patent and restraining Matco Pharma from manufacturing and selling the “Ceritinib” capsules. Gokushar Ltd. received a big order for its famous Guduchi Herbal Tea from its neighboring country, Drance. This was one of the biggest orders that the company ever received. But the very first lot was rejected by Drance as the Herbal Tea failed the ‘stringent quality and generic medicine test’. Drance also canceled the remaining order. Gokushar Ltd. was very disappointed and approached the government agencies of his country for help. I. Which category of International law is involved in the problem stated above? II.
