And there's a contradiction based on a Braita, - “The Mitzvah of saying Shema is with the sunrise, - in order that he connect saying the bracha of Ga'al Yisrael with Shemona Esrei. - And he finds himself davening Shemona Esrei at sunrise" - That Braita is talking to the Vatikin who do mitzvot early - that Rabbi Yochanan said, - the Vatikin would finish Shemona Esrei, with sunrise - (and our Mishna is talking to those who daven late and telling them the latest that they can say it) ## Loose Translations 7-9 7. ! But Rav Miri B'rei D'Rav Huna B'rei D'Rav Yirmiya Bar Aba said, - That Rav Yochanan said, - If a person made a mistake and did not daven Arvit/Maariv, - He should daven Amida/Shemona Esrei twice in the morning. - If a person made a mistake and did not daven Shacharit, - He should daven Amidas/Shemona Esrei twice in the afternoon. - (Which implies that you can actually say Shacharit until the end of Mincha)
