Preparation of Tender documents & Contracts. Assisting the team during procurement and supply chain management.  Measure and value the work done on the site. Preparation of Progress reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly). Maintain awareness of different building contracts, different country standards in current use. Bills of Quantity (BOQ) preparation and Quantity Take-off.  Preparation of interim and final payment applications and certificates. Preparation of Change order (Variation Order) as per revised scope and drawings. Rate Analysis for various construction activities. Perform risk, Value Management, and Cost control during construction.  Basics of QS standards Familiar with Construction Laws, Contract Condition with respect to Standard Book(FIDIC). Familiar with Principles of Measurements International (POMI).  Familiar with IS 1200, SP27 used for measurement of building and Civil Engineering works. Familiar with CESMM6. Q&A THANK YOU
