The word "Laro ng Lahi" was conceptualized by the group and it was the first act to research and preserve the Filipino indigenous games like (syato, patintero or harangantaga, taguan, dama, holen, tumbang preso and others). Traditional Filipino Games or Indigenous Games in the Philippines are games commonly played by children, usually using native materials or instruments. In the Philippines, due to limited resources of toys for Filipino children, they usually invent games without the need of anything but the players themselves.
