They are the series of categories to which a word is assigned in accordance with its syntactic function. In other words, they are the classifications for English words. Examples: Flowers grow in spring in most of Chile Marcos and Javier are playing basketball in the new court In Winter people wear warm clothes like jackets and sweaters Example: Britney ALWAYS (ADVERB OF FREQUENCY) cooks on Sundays. STRANGELY (ADVERB OF MANNER), Michael is cooking NOW.
