[**Friction Point**:] An object where hose/couplings can rub or snag, creating resistance during the advancement of the hose line. **[Hit and Move:]** Cooling fire/gases then proceeding to the next area of attack **[Leader Line]**: A supply line capable of supplying smaller lines (2 ½ to 1 ¾ ). **[Loaders:]** Personnel assisting with the advancement of hose. Excluding the nozzle team. **[Nozzle team:]** Consists of the **nozzle firefighter** and **back up firefighter**. **[Push:]** The action of the nozzle team advancing, WHILE flowing water. Back up FF "married" to nozzle FF and physically pushes the nozzle FF in a coordinated manner. **[Surplus:]** Pre loading hose behind the nozzle team. Allows the nozzle team to advance without additional resistance on the hose line.
