TASK 1; HEALTH RELATED FITNESS C. Strength Purpose; to measure strength of the upper extremities. TESTThe ability of muscles to generate force against physical objects Push-up Scoring; record the number of push-ups made. TASK 1; HEALTH RELATED FITNESS C.
