Global warming is a gradual increase in the earth’s temperature generally due to the greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide and other pollutants. Causes of global warming and Climate Change ❑Cutting down forests. ❑Manufacturing goods. ❑Using transportation. ❑Generating power. Generating electricity and heat by burning fossil fuels causes a large chunk of global emissions. The green movement originated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries with a focus on Green preservation of natural resources.
