It measures the fat percentage distributed in the torso. * A high amount of fat located in the abdominal area has been found to have a greater risk of cardiovascular disease than a low ratio. * Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of death globally, taking an estimated 17.9 million lives each year. Mountain Pose (Tadasana) * Tadasana is the basic standing asana on which many other poses are founded. The feet are together, and the hands are at the sides of the body. The posture is entered by standing with the feet together, grounding evenly through the feet and lifting up through the crown of the head. The thighs are lifted, the waist is lifted, and the spine is elongated. The breathing is relaxed. Downward-facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) * Adho Mukha Śvānāsana) is an inversion asana, often practiced as part of a flowing sequence of poses, especially Surya Namaskar, the Salute to the Sun. The asana is commonly used in modern yoga as exercise. Silva # TEAM SPORT: HANDBALL ### JE-JIREH SILVA ### What is the objective of the game? * Handball is a combination of the elements of football and basketball. It almost has the dimension of a basketball court and the rules of football except that it is the other way around, that the players are not allowed to use their feet in controlling the ball instead the players must use skills like passing, dribbling, and shooting almost just like in basketball. * It consist of six players (and 1 goalie). * The ball is moved down and up on the floor that is larger than a basketball court and the goal score by throwing the ball into the net past a goalkeeper. ### https://www.facebook.com/jirehmathematics/ ### Je-Jireh J.
