Marks: 50 Course Name: Professional Issues and Ethics in Clinical Psychology Time: 2 hrs Course Code: MPS131 General Instructions All rough work should be done in the answer script. Do not write or scribble in the question paper except your register number. Verify the Course code / Course title & number of pages of questions in the question paper. Make sure your mobile phone is switched off and placed at the designated place in the hall. Malpractices will be viewed very seriously. Answers should be written on both sides of the paper in the answer booklet. No sheets should be detached from the answer booklet. Course Outcomes (COs): The students will able to CO1: Understand the foundational principles of ethics in clinical psychology. CO2: Analyze and resolve common ethical dilemmas in research and practice CO3: Examine ethical issues specific to special population CO4: Develop a personal ethical decision model CO5: Understand legal aspects of licensure and practice of clinical psychology in India. Her family is not sure about this and they don't think she will be capable of a marital relationship. Her gynecologist is of the opinion that her reproductive and sexual health are appropriate, making her physically capable of the relationship. Her psychologist suggests that her condition necessitates constant support from a therapist, but her decisional capacity is appropriate at the moment. Severe stressors might deteriorate her capacity later on. Evaluate the Acts learnt and give an account of how these Acts protect Georgia and contribute to her decision.
