Recruitment Process for Executive Trainees
- Eligibility: Engineering, Agriculture graduates or post-graduates, preferably specializing in Rural Development, Marketing, or Sales. Candidates must have cleared all backlogs. Age limit is 26 years, born on or after June 1, 1998. Only Indian citizens are eligible.
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation candidates must have completed a 10+2+4 year program from a recognized university. Diploma candidates must have completed a 10+3+3/10+2+3+3 year program from a recognized university. Post-graduates must have completed a two-year course after 10+2+3 years of undergraduate education from a recognized university.
- Application Period: Applicants must have passed out or be graduating in the 2024-2025 academic year. Documents must be submitted to prove eligibility. Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
- Document Requirements: Candidates must provide supporting documents for eligibility (age, education, ID proof, work experience). Must include mark sheets for each year/semester. Candidates must have completed the highest qualifying exam in the first attempt.
- Location: Placement will be in any branch or office of the bank across India.
- Job Description: Supports the bank through customer acquisition, relationship building, and ensuring portfolio quality. Increases sales through upselling/cross-selling. Maintains regulatory compliance.
- Job Requirements: Willingness to work in field/rural areas; excellent written and verbal communication skills; good analytical abilities; integrity; good sales and business acumen; service orientation, target orientation.
- Selection Process: Online assessment test, group discussion, and interview are possible. Shadow training may be required before joining. Selection period up to 1 year with 6 months probation. Candidates who fail to meet requirements during any stage may be disqualified.
- Compensation & Incentives: Annual CTC: ₹4.25 lakhs + incentives (with statutory deductions) for post-graduate candidates; ₹3.75 lakhs + incentives (with statutory deductions) for B.Tech and B.Sc. Agri candidates.
- Service Level Agreement: Candidates agree to a minimum 18-month service commitment or pay a ₹50,000 training fee if they leave prematurely.
- How to Apply: Follow instructions in the invite mail for uploading required documents (recent passport-sized photo, signature, and certificates) and completing the digital application form.
General Instructions
- No Changes: Requests for changing dates or times for selection rounds are generally not permitted unless valid reasons exist.
- Technical Issues: Candidates can request reschedule of a selection round if disconnected during an online round.
- Offline Selection: Candidates bear the expense of participating in offline selection rounds.
- Disqualification: Bank has the right to reject applications or disqualify candidates at any time without explanation.
- Criminal Record: Candidates with criminal records are not eligible.
- Avoid Last Minute: Candidates should apply well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
- Unauthorised Fees: No fees are to be paid to vendors or agencies for selection processes.
