E-MAIL COMPONENTS Basic Elements: - To: The primary recipient(s) of the email. - Cc: Carbon Copy, for secondary recipients. - Bcc: Blind Carbon Copy, hides recipients’ addresses from each other. - Subject: The topic or purpose of the email. - Body: The main content of the message. - Attachments: Files included with the email (e.g., documents, images). E-MAIL STRUCTURE AND FORMATTING Opening and Closing: Use a polite greeting and closing to set a professional tone. Clear Subject Line: Summarize the email’s purpose.
