# Brose Technik für Automobile ## 1. Werking - If there are no syncro's delivered in the normal way, they can be delivered via email or USB stick. - Send the email to the mixlokaal (09/2502657) or leave a USB stick at the VCG Post 1. - If problems occur, call the mixlokaal (09/2502657) and ask if they are mixing. - Call the helpdesk (09/2502310) if the mixlokaal has confirmed that they are mixing and provide your customer number (E521J or N). - The helpdesk will check where the error is and coordinate further steps. - You can also call the material planning (09/2502226). ## 2. Doel - If the connection between Volvo and Brose is broken, it is still possible to work via this system. ## 3. Opdracht - Get the email or USB stick from Volvo and copy the file onto the U-drive. - Check the first few letters and the date: NM11037E-JJJJMMDD (e.g. NM11037E-20080620). - After the date, add 10 more characters, they don't matter (e.g. 0123456789). - The file will likely contain several syncro's, they can all be uploaded at once to SAP. - The file must be in .rcv format, so make sure the file name ends with .rcv e.g. NM11037E-202001090123456789.rcv. - Place the file into the following folders: - \\gens4400\EDI_SAP - \\gens4400\EDI_EmergencySystem - \\gens4400\EDI_Archiv - Make sure the file is sent from the \\gens4400\EDI_SAP folder. ## 4. Opvolging - Check in SAP if the syncro's are in the system and on the line PC's. - If there are any problems, check the Emergency System. - If the syncro's are not processed, the last VCC-bom may not have been received. It could be that the connection to Volvo was lost during the weekend. - Check the folders \\gens4400\EDI_Archiv and \\gens4400\EDI_Archivbanan for the last received VCC-bom. The VCC-bom should be sent every day, except on Sundays. - If the last VCC-bom is present, check in SAP if the syncro's are not blocked. - If the last VCC-bom is not present, call the helpdesk to resend the VCC-bom via the available channels (applink, email, usb). - Make sure the VCC-bom file name follows the same requirements as the syncro's. - Place the file into the different EDI folders. - The SAP and Emergency System should then process the VCC-bom and the syncro's should then be processed without errors.
