Low resistance things, like copper, mean that there\'s nothing trying to stop the flow of electrons. High resistance means there\'s many things trying to stop the flow of resistance, like tungsten wires in light bulbs **Factors of Resistance** - **Length, Thickness, and Tempature** **Length** - Shorter = electrons get through quicker (low resistance) Longer = electrons get through slower (high resistance) **Thickness** - Thicker = electrons can flow through easily (low resistance) Thinner = electrons have to squeeze through (high resistance) **Temperature** - Hotter = electrons move quicker (high resistance) Colder = electrons move slower (Low resistance) Atoms ➡ Compounds ➡ Molecules
