You have just been hired as a digital marketing partner consulting for a vegetarian restaurant established in Marbella, Costa del Sol (Málaga) Spain. VeggieDeli enjoys great success within the Spanish local community, but believes they are failing to attract English speakers who either live there, or are regulars during the holidays. In the prospect of having much activity for a post-pandemic scenario, they would like to generate some buzz and awareness with this audience. They use fresh ingredients, produced by local, organic farmers, wherever possible. The menu is composed of vegan and vegetarian delicacies, enjoying great success with these dishes: Moroccon Soups Paleo Salads High-protein Smoothies Tomato Gazpacho Soup Veggie Burgers Chocolate Vegan Cake The restaurant is smack in the middle of touristy Marbella, on a very busy avenue. They deliver and also offer take-away, free of charge. Although they are adult-driven during the nights (with a special offer of organic wines for couples), during the day they are family-oriented, accepting dogs and other mascots (pet-friendly). At night, they become more of a reomantic wine-and-dine place. They have free parking space at the restaurant and also offer valet service. 1. With Customer Journey Management, you can improve businesses by finding touch-points that are particularly frustrating for customers. The idea is to address these frustrations with low-cost solutions, that will nonetheless be highly valued by customers, increasing advocacy, and extending CLTV.
