**[BONE MARROW ASPIRETION]** **[Nature of Specimen]** : Clinical diagnosis -? lymph proliferative disorder. **[Peripheral smear]** RBCs - Normocytic normochromic. WBCs --Lympholeucocytosis with predominance of mature lymphocytes and presence of smudge cells. Platelets - Adequate **[BONE MARROW ASPIRATION] ** Under aseptic precautions and local amaestheria bone marrow aspiration was done, but the aspiration was dry fop. However imprint smears were prepared, they reveal Celularity - Hypercelular M:E ration - 1.5:1 Erythorid series : Normal in number and maturation Myeloid series : Suppressed in number with adequate maturation. Megakaryocytes - adequate with preserved morphology Lymphocytes - Increased seen in the form of sheets Plasma cells : Within normal limits. Myelogram : Promyelocytes -1 Myelocytes - 6 Metamyelocytes - 4 Neutrophils + Bandforms -14 Plasma cells - 2 Lymphocytes -49 Eosinophils -3 No evidence of haemoparasites/granuloma. **[Impression]** : Features are suggestive of LYMPHOPROLIFERATIVE DISORDER Kindly await for inephire biopsy report.
