# Neurología 2do parcial resúmenes ## PRIMERA CLASE TEMA: evaluación neurológica, anamnesis, signos * sintomatología * curso evolutivo * historia clínica * Pares craneales * fuerza motora. ### III motor ocular común: If affected, it produces ptosis and mydriasis on the same side. ### Patient with headache * Ptosis * Mydriasis on the same side * Syndrome of III cranial nerve affection * Tumor ### III IV Y VI: movements of the eyeball. ### VII: * Facial mimicry * movements of the face. Branches: * Frontal * Maxillary superior * Maxillary inferior ### V: * sensibility ## INTERROGATION * It is the subjective part of the patient's anamnesis * The question is: What do you have? * The patient refers to a red spot that covers half of his face. * It is a venous angioma in Sturge-Weber syndrome * This is an infection. ## ANAMNESIS * The patient mentions pain. * Pain is the most frequent symptom. * A pain scale from 1 to 10 is used. * The patient is asked "With a pain level from 1 to 10, where would you be?" * If the pain is extremely intense, making it impossible to perform any activity, the patient is bedridden and medicated. ## Pain Scale 1: no pain 2-3: Very mild 5: Moderate (tolerable) 8-9-10: very intense (pancreatitis, trigeminal neuralgia). ## CURRENT ILLNESS * The patient has a brain tumor. * This is secondary to neoplasia (comes from elsewhere). * The woman's breast cancer suggests that the breast cancer is in a stage
