Sir, I am directed by order of the Governor to accorded expenditure of Rs. 44,250/- (Rupees forty four thousand two hundred fifty) only for payment to AKS Information Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. towards the charges for Security Audit of Departmental Website of Department of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, Govt. of West Bengal as 50% advance of the total payable amount of Rs. 75,000/- (excluding GST.) as per bills detailed below:- SI. He is hereby authorized to deduct a sum of Rs. 750/-(Rupees seven hundred fifty) only, being T.D.S. of Income Tax @2% of the bill amount, for transfer credit to the head, "8658- Suspense Accounts-00-112-Tax deducted at source (TDS)- Suspense-001- T.D.S Suspense-20-Receipts/Adjustment" (i.e. 8658-00- 112-001-20)" & pay a sum of Rs. 43,500/- (Rupees forty three thousand five hundred) only to AKS Information Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. 3. AKS Information Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged for Security Audit of Departmental Website of Department of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, Govt. of West Bengal, vide this Department Order 462-IT & eGov/UDMA dt. 30/10/24(Copy enclosed). 4. The charges on this account will be met from the budget provision of the Head of account ·72-2217-05-001 -006-77-00-v" in the Current Financial Year 2024-2025. 5.
