XIII Women; Section 14) - "The State shall protect all working women by providing safe and healthful working conditions, taking into account their maternal functions, and such facilities and opportunities that will enhance their welfare and enable them to realize their full potential in the service of the nation". 2. R. A 6725 of 1989- An Act to strengthen the prohibition on discrimination against women concerning terms and conditions of employment. 3. RA 6949 of 1990- An Act to declare March 8 as special working Holiday and to be known as National Women's Day. 4.
