Main duties include : Setting and arranging tables Taking reservations, greeting customers and taking orders Recommending dishes and wines to complement food Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff Serving food and beverages Candidates with the following qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure; Reliable, punctual and trustworthy; Must work well in a team environment; Positive attitude and passion for cooking; Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
