Diaz  professional services agreement nor provide preliminary services on a conditional basis prior to definite agreement  Abide by the Basic Minimum Fee  ARCHITECT’S RESPONSIBILITIES IN RELATION TO HIS COLLEAGUES AND SUBORDINATES  not undertake a commission for additions, rehabilitation, or remodelling of any erected structure undertaken previously by another architect without duly notifying.  Limit advertisement or claim only to the extent of the specific work done Arch.
