On behalf of the Commanding Officer, the CCC is responsible for managing the command's Career Development Program. – Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor Lead: ITC Fisk The primary objectives of the Navy Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention program are to: Promote readiness, health and wellness through the prevention and treatment of substance abuse. This information includes, but is not limited to, planned operations, operations in progress, and operations completed. – Command Fitness Leader (CFL) Lead: LSC Wolford Plays an integral part in the overall fitness and readiness of sailors. – Command Financial Specialist (CFS) Lead: ET1 Coigny The command's principal advisor on policies and matters related to Personal Financial Management (PFM).
