1\. The students\' decision making on planning their academic goals and priorities is influenced by positive emotion but affected by low self-awareness. 1\. School particularly guidance office may conduct a self-awareness seminar and workshop to help students in assessing their self, their capacity, their strength and weaknesses to overcome negative thoughts and can aid them in making big academic decisions and plan. 2\. The empathy of the students is high as evidence by their ability listen others point of view during group activities, but it leads to low collaboration during academic projects. 2\. Teachers may increase self-confidence and empathy or ability of the students to express themselves thru a collaborative activities wherein each students can express their understanding and share their feelings to students during the workshop, and also by letting them feel that the shared ideas and concept does not describe who they are.
