The process of restarting a subsidy after a suspension.

A 12-month timeframe during which a subsidy can't be restarted after a suspension if no work was done between suspensions.

If work is done during a subsidy suspension, the 12-month limit is extended by the duration of the work.

Required for work during suspension to avoid subsidy loss. The work ending must have been involuntary or a legally recognized unemployment situation.

Certain income criteria must be met to receive or keep a subsidy.

Beneficiaries must submit yearly reports of their income to maintain subsidy eligibility, especially those over 52 years old.

Reapproval requests must be submitted within six months of the suspension ending or else the subsidy will be lost.

No restart of subsidy will be considered if the request does not meet the conditions in Article 276.2 or submitted after 6 months of the end of the temporary conditions impacting receiving the subsidy.

The final end of the subsidy that is approved for a certain trimester, for reasons mentioned in Article 272, but not involving a certain regulation (h), or for the passage of six months after the end of a granted extension (prorrata) for the subsidiary.

The maximum six months of a granted subsidy, after which the subsidiary can no longer be continued or restarted.

The end time of the subsidiary is not immediately six months after ending a granted period but rather will give an extra period of time if the conditions in Article 276.2 are met.

A subsidy for workers older than 52, handled using the rules from Article 280, for suspension, restart and end of the subsidy.

To receive a subsidy, specific income requirements must be met during the 12 months prior to the annual income declaration. Failure to meet these requirements results in subsidy suspension.

If income requirements aren't met and the beneficiary doesn't report it during or before the income declaration, the entity will regulate the subsidy and apply sanctions.

When a subsidized unemployed worker reaching retirement age applies for the pension within three months of the subsidy's termination, the pension's effects are considered to start from the subsidy's termination; otherwise, the pension has a maximum retroactivity of three months from the application.

During unemployment subsidy, the management authority needs to pay for the retirement contingency at 125% of the minimum contribution.

The subsidy is available for unemployed individuals over the age of 52.
