- Xfinity Xchange is a Recognition Portal for updates, news, and resources related to employee recognition.
- Users can manage their metrics, access sales incentive rewards, send peer recognition, and shop a large merchandise catalog.
Xchange Points
- Xchange points have a dollar value of $0.25 each and do not expire.
- Points are allocated through HomeWORKS for office and work supplies.
- Users can redeem points for gift cards from retailers such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Petco, PetSmart, Sony PlayStation, Target, and Walmart.
