- Any site to be built over 200 meters from the connecting site should be built by a 2-Man anchor build team. Installation variations are to be approved by the direct field supervisor.
- When no LOS or low LOS is found during an LOS site survey on any infrastructure site, technicians must follow the LOS Issue Procedure which involves verifying no LOS to all related Anchor sites, marking the LOS link issue for supervisor review, and submitting a workflow to the planning team.
- While waiting for planning, technicians must capture photos of the Failed Path, following specific requirements depending on whether they are part of a 2-Person or Single Person build team.
