What is disability

The Preamble is the introductory part of the Constitution, setting out the objectives and philosophy of the Constitution. It reflects the aspirations and values of the Indian people by enshrining the ideals of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.

The Constitution recognizes and protects the rights of minorities through provisions such as Article 29 and Article 30, which ensure their linguistic, cultural, and educational rights. This recognition implies that the state has a duty to protect and promote the interests of minorities, ensuring their equal participation in the nation's development.

The concept of secularism ensures that the state does not favor or promote any particular religion, and that all citizens have the freedom to practice and propagate their religion. This concept ensures the freedom of religion and worship, fostering a sense of national unity and promoting social harmony.
