Ulnar Nerve Location at Elbow
Ulnar Nerve Location at Elbow
Located posterior to the medial epicondyle in the cubital tunnel, where it's vulnerable.

Ulnar Nerve Relationships
- Located posterior to the medial epicondyle at the elbow level
- Passes through the cubital tunnel, lying exposed against bone
- Palpable and vulnerable to injury
- Runs through the forearm, deep to the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle
- Enters the hand alongside the ulnar artery, superficial to the flexor retinaculum and through Guyon's canal
- Located laterally to the pisiform bone
- Travels along the medial side of the brachial artery
- Pierces the medial intermuscular septum at the mid-arm point
- Travels with the superior ulnar collateral artery
