    Responsibility

    • Company Officers/Captains are responsible for completing Repair Orders and Requisitions

    Repair Orders

    • All repairs to apparatus must be initiated or followed up with a Fleet Focus/Repair Order
    • Fleet Focus/Repair Orders must be completed in accordance with Standard Operating Guideline E-REPR
    • All personnel must report to the Company Officer/Captain any conditions that require a Fleet Focus/Repair Order
    • Repair Orders must be sent to the Mechanical Division for action
    • The History Report and Record Log must include the Repair Order/Fleet Focus number, detailed description of work, and the name of the individual submitting
    • The completion date and relevant details must be noted in the History Report and Record Log upon completion of work

    Requisitions

    • Equipment and supplies for apparatus must be ordered through a Requisition
    • Company Officers/Captains are responsible for completing and signing all Requisitions
    • Requisitions must be in accordance with Standard Operating Guideline E-REPR
    • All personnel must report to the Company Officer/Captain any apparatus equipment or supplies ordered using a Requisition
