Repair Orders and Requisitions Guideline
Responsibility
- Company Officers/Captains are responsible for completing Repair Orders and Requisitions
Repair Orders
- All repairs to apparatus must be initiated or followed up with a Fleet Focus/Repair Order
- Fleet Focus/Repair Orders must be completed in accordance with Standard Operating Guideline E-REPR
- All personnel must report to the Company Officer/Captain any conditions that require a Fleet Focus/Repair Order
- Repair Orders must be sent to the Mechanical Division for action
- The History Report and Record Log must include the Repair Order/Fleet Focus number, detailed description of work, and the name of the individual submitting
- The completion date and relevant details must be noted in the History Report and Record Log upon completion of work
Requisitions
- Equipment and supplies for apparatus must be ordered through a Requisition
- Company Officers/Captains are responsible for completing and signing all Requisitions
- Requisitions must be in accordance with Standard Operating Guideline E-REPR
- All personnel must report to the Company Officer/Captain any apparatus equipment or supplies ordered using a Requisition
- A record of all Requisitions must be documented in the apparatus History Report and Record Log
- The date and quantity received, along with any relevant details, must be noted in the History Report and Record Log upon receiving supplies or equipment through a Requisition
