    Ministry of Labour Inspections

    • The Ministry of Labour (MOL) conducts compliance inspections at Toronto Fire Services (TFS) to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • "Workplace” means any land, premises, location or thing at, upon, in or near which a worker works.

    Responsibilities

    • All TFS staff are responsible for reviewing this guideline and participating in MOL inspections.
    • TFS employees must comply and cooperate with the Inspector during the visit.

    MOL Inspector Visits

    • MOL Inspectors can inspect workplaces for regulatory compliance, investigate complaints, and investigate work refusals and critical injuries.
