    3. The final promotion list is posted at each fire station no later than 21 days after the expiration of the time period for claiming veteran's preference points.
    4. Candidates may request a private review session with the Fire Chief and/or his designees(s) to gather feedback on the examination process.
    5. The final promotion list is effective for a period of two years from the date of its posting.
    6. Any affected person or party who believes that an error has been made may file a grievance within five calendar days of the date the final promotion list is posted.
    7. Special Assignment Positions include Director of Training, EMS Coordinator, and Public Education Director.
    8. The District offers all future and vacant Special Assignment positions to sworn bargaining unit members first.
