Overview of the NEW FE Dashboard for Quality Reporting

• The NEW FE Dashboard has been developed by the Quality Reporting Team for use by the Vice Principal's (VP), Assistant Principal's (AP's), and Curriculum Director's.
• The Data Reporting Portal (DRP) will be switched off once all further dashboards have been developed.
• The Project was led by the Business Innovation Manager and involved the Head of Quality, Systems Analysts, and Assistant & Vice Principal's Curriculum Directors.
• The decision to create a new system was made due to the majority of users finding the DRP "Too complex" and "Slow."
• Cohorts Applications & Enrolments are based on the Learning Programme (LP), while attendance is based on whether attendance has been recorded against the Learning Activity (LA) or the LP, and success is based on the LA.
• The NEW FE Dashboard can be accessed through a direct link or Happeo via the Cambria Home > Quick Links > College Data.
• The Dashboard is tailored to the user account and will automatically default to the user's team. Other users' data can be accessed by selecting the user from the list.
• The Expand icon in the top right-hand corner of every chart allows the user to view the tile in full screen.
• The Live icon after the Chart Title indicates that the chart is based on Live data, while the Warehoused icon means that the chart is based on last night's data and will not reflect any changes made during the day until the following day.
• Hovering over any of the bars or lines in the bar/line charts' and holding down the left mouse button will display a pop-up that will give the user the numbers.
• Clicking on any of the bars/lines or gauges with a left mouse click will open up a more detailed report in a new tab on the user's Internet browser.
• The Applications, Enrolments, and Attendance sections allow the user to drill down to a more detailed report breakdown, including VP, AP, CD, Course, and learner level data.
