- Tier 2 (Moderate Support): 33-56

- Tier 3 (Basic Support): 57-80
- On the way to becoming self sufficient and stable
- Supplemental support for optimizing personal growth, career planning and stress management

Holistic Considerations
- Scores should be considered holistically, not just based on one particular tier
